We are looking to recruit an experienced recruitment consultant to join our finance department at Service Care Solutions.

As a Senior finance recruitment consultant, you will liaise with senior-level professionals daily, so strong communication skills are key. About You:

• Previous experience in finance recruitment, either permanent or temporary, is highly desirable.
• A proven track record of business development and growing your existing market.
• Experience in generating new business leads, signing terms of business with new clients, and driving recruitment sales.
• Ability to manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing candidates to negotiating job offers.
