• Previous finance recruitment experience is highly desirable, within permanent or temporary finance recruitment.
• A proven track record in business development and growing your market.
• Experience in generating new business leads, signing terms with clients, and driving recruitment sales.
• Ability to manage the recruitment process from sourcing candidates to negotiating offers.
