We are looking to recruit an experienced recruitment consultant to join our finance department at Service Care Solutions.

As a Senior Finance Recruitment Consultant, you will liaise with senior-level professionals daily, so strong communication skills are key. About You:

• Previous experience in finance recruitment is highly desirable. Experience can be within permanent or temporary finance recruitment.
• A proven track record of business development and growing your market is essential.
• History of generating new business leads, signing terms with new clients, and driving recruitment sales.
• Ability to manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing candidates to negotiating job offers.
