Due to growth of the business we are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our team. We are a friendly company with an office based in St Albans. This is a full time role, with the chance to come and work on an already 'hot desk' with good opportunity to expand.

Duties will include:

· Working closely with other consultants in the branch

- Working with schools and nurseries to understand their recruitment needs, maintaining good rapports with them

· Conducting telephone screening calls and face to face interviews with prospective candidates

- Writing adverts, collating responses and vetting candidates on the phone

· Abiding by company policies and procedures, ensuring that safeguarding and safer recruitment practices are implemented throughout every stage of the recruitment process, with the help of our admin and compliance team

· Uploading and inputting confidential information onto the company database

· Dealing with day to day bookings and matching candidates to suitable roles

- Occasional client visits

The ideal candidate will have:

- Experience in a similar role or a customer service role

· Strong time management and organisational skills

- A flexible and pro-active attitude to work with good multi-tasking skills

· Good customer service/telephone manner

· Be a good team player

- A driving licence (for occasional client visits)

· A positive, enthusiastic and fun approach to work!
