Position: Recruitment Consultant

Experience: 2+ Years (Ideally within Public Sector or Senior Appointments)

Location: Bristol - Monday to Wednesday, work from home Thursday (8.30am-5.30pm) and Friday (8.30am-3pm, early finish)

Salary: Competitive Base + Uncapped Commission + Exceptional Incentives

What We're Looking For

• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in recruitment (public sector or senior appointments preferred but not essential)

• A proven track record of success in a 360-recruitment role
