Day-to-Day as a Recruiter

• Manage your own business, handling your own stakeholders - clients and candidates.
• Generate your own clients through strategic Business Development techniques, including cold calling.
• Screen and interview candidates, present them to clients, make rejection calls, and extend offers to successful candidates.
• Manage your time effectively, organize interviews, and handle all related tasks.

Interview Process

• Initial interview with an Internal Recruiter to discuss your situation and motivations.
