Recruitment Consultant – Education Sector

Location:

Arno's Vale, Bristol (15-minute walk from Temple Meads)

Salary:

Up to £35,000 basic plus uncapped commission

Overview:

Academics, a leading education recruitment consultancy with over 20 branches across the UK, has recently opened a new office in Bristol. We are seeking a driven and ambitious individual to help establish and grow our presence in the local education market. We welcome applications from experienced Education Recruitment Consultants and candidates with high-volume recruitment or B2B/B2C sales experience.

What we’re looking for:

• Previous experience in education recruitment is preferred but not essential
• Experience in other recruitment sectors or sales backgrounds considered
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Career-focused, financially motivated, and target-driven
• Strong desire to succeed and progress

Responsibilities:

• Develop new business and build a strong client base in Bristol and surrounding areas
• Act as the primary contact for schools with staffing needs
• Place teachers and support staff in various roles
• Advertise vacancies, interview candidates, and visit schools
• Work towards career progression, often within 12 months
• Earn uncapped commission and bonuses
• Contribute to a collaborative and supportive team environment
