ITS Building People, one of the UK's leading construction recruitment specialists, is seeking a Recruitment Consultant to develop and manage a busy blue-collar temporary desk, recruiting professionals across construction disciplines.

You will build relationships with new and existing clients, source high-quality candidates, manage the full recruitment process, and grow your own desk with support from an experienced management team.

Qualifications

• Previous recruitment experience, construction recruitment desirable.
• Proven track record in developing business and managing client relationships.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Proactive, motivated and target-driven approach.
