Job summary

ITS Building People in Chepstow is seeking an ambitious White Collar Temporary Recruitment Consultant to join our established office. You will develop and manage a busy temporary desk, recruiting professionals across construction disciplines.

You will build relationships with new and existing clients, source high-quality candidates, and manage the full recruitment process, with support from an experienced management team to help you grow your desk.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment, construction sector desirable.
• Proven ability to develop new business and manage clients.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven.

The Role

You’ll be responsible for developing and managing a busy white collar temporary desk, recruiting professionals across a range of construction disciplines.

You’ll build relationships with new and existing clients, source high-quality candidates, manage the full recruitment process, and develop your own desk with the support of an experienced management team.

• Previous recruitment experience (construction recruitment is highly desirable)
• A proven track record of developing business and managing client relationships
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
