Venatu Recruitment Group is offering an Recruitment Consultant Apprentice role in England. You will join a growing team and gain hands-on experience in candidate registration, sourcing, and interview coordination.

The role focuses on developing communication skills, building relationships with candidates and clients, and learning all aspects of the recruitment process under experienced consultants. Training provided, with a supportive environment.

Responsabilidades

• Registering candidates for vacancies.
• Answering incoming calls and assisting with inquiries.
• Supporting consultants with candidate sourcing for vacancies.
• Arranging interviews between candidates and clients.
• Building relationships with candidates and providing good service.
• Managing compliance documents and candidate records.
• Carrying out general admin: emailing, filing, scanning, data entry.
• Learning all recruitment process aspects from experienced consultants.

Key Responsibilities

• Registering candidates
• Answering incoming telephone calls and assisting with enquiries
• Supporting consultants with sourcing suitable candidates for vacancies
• Arranging interviews between candidates and clients
• Building relationships with candidates and providing excellent customer service
• Managing compliance documentation and candidate records
• Carrying out general administration duties, including emailing, filing, scanning, and data entry
• Learning all aspects of the recruitment process from experienced consultants
