nGenium in Birmingham’s Jewellery Quarter is recruiting a Recruitment Consultant Apprentice. This apprenticeship offers real training, a clear route into a permanent role, and hands-on experience with the full recruitment tech stack.

You’ll begin with extensive one-to-one training, hybrid working with three days in the office, and travel cost support. After training, you’ll target specialist US markets and have the chance to bill quickly with strong commission potential.

Qualifications

• No recruitment experience required; you must be coachable and eager to learn.
• Must live within commuting distance of Birmingham city centre (about 30 minutes).

Recruitment Consultant Apprentice, Birmingham

We’re hiring a Recruitment Apprentice to join nGenium in Birmingham’s Jewellery Quarter.

This is a genuine route into a career in recruitment, not an apprenticeship where you sit on the sidelines.

We have a strong track record of developing apprentices into successful Recruitment Consultants, including some of our top billers.
