Smile Education is an award-winning recruitment business in Birmingham seeking ambitious individuals to join our Birmingham team as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant. No recruitment experience is required; we provide full training and a clear pathway to become a successful 360 Recruitment Consultant.

You'll learn the full recruitment lifecycle while developing valuable sales, business development and relationship-building skills, with a starting salary of £25,500 and uncapped commission.

The Role
