FTS Group, a recruitment and logistics company operating across the UK from Glasgow to Exeter, is looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join the branch team. You’ll cover sales, resourcing and operations in a 360-style role, with all accounts serviced by the branch as a whole.

Start date is immediate subject to notice, and candidates should have a full UK driving licence and previous recruitment experience.

Formación

• Previous experience in recruitment essential.
• Full UK driving licence and a car are required.

Responsabilidades

• Generate new business and grow the branch client base.
• Strategic networking, prospecting, and cold calling.
• Resource and vet new candidates, preparing them for placement.
• Handle client and candidate bookings and queries.
• Visit clients and conduct regular client meetings to review and improve service.
• Work with the Branch Manager to achieve branch revenue targets.
• Be part of a paid on-call rota.
