Meridian Business Support Ltd in Wythenshawe is seeking an experienced White Collar Labour Manager / Recruitment Consultant to join our head office. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for professional and technical roles in construction, building strong client relationships, sourcing and interviewing candidates, and delivering growth with an uncapped commission structure.

The role offers a basic salary of £26,000 - £30,000 DOE, monthly incentives, team events, and clear progression

Meridian Business Support is seeking an experienced White Collar Labour Manager / Recruitment Consultant to join our Head Office team in Wythenshawe.

As a White Collar Labour Manager / Recruitment Consultant, you will focus on recruiting professional and technical talent within the construction sector while developing strong relationships with contractors and clients.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from vacancy qualification to placement
• Building and developing client relationships
