The role offers a basic salary of £26,000 - £30,000 DOE, monthly incentives, team events, and clear progression

• Experience in recruitment, ideally within construction or professional recruitment
• Proven track record of building client relationships and generating revenue
• Strong communication, organisation and negotiation skills
