Job summary

Leap29 is seeking a motivated Recruitment Consultant who thrives on winning new business, building relationships, and growing a market. With full ownership of a permanent desk, you’ll have the autonomy to develop your own client base, shape your market strategy, and build a long‑term career within an established and supportive recruitment business.

You’ll develop a diverse client base in renewables, manage the full recruitment lifecycle, and collaborate with a wide team.

• Proven ability or clear desire to develop new business
• Resilient, driven, and commercially minded
• Entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable with autonomy and accountability
• Ambitious, driven, and motivated to build something long‑term
• Previous experience within a recruitment/resourcing role is preferred although not essential
