Job summary

Project Talent Partners, a London-based recruitment firm serving US-based clients, is seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join its established division. You will inherit an existing client base and inbound flow while building your own market presence and personal brand.

This is an office-based role in Wandsworth, London, with US-market aligned hours and a strong emphasis on mentorship and high-performance culture.

Project Talent Partners partners with Private Equity firms, M&E Subcontractors, General Contractors and Developers to deliver niche, hard-to-find talent across North America.

We specialise in mission-critical, industrial, commercial and healthcare markets, acting as a true extension of our clients through deep market expertise, pace and a quality-first approach.

The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join one of our most established divisions.

You’ll step into an established client base with consistent inbound job flow, while having the opportunity to build your own market presence and personal brand.

Working Hours

As we primarily service US-based clients, our working hours are structured around the US market:

Monday–Thursday: 10:00/11:00am – 7:00/8:00pm

Friday: 10:00am – 5:00pm

This is an office-based position in Wandsworth, South West London.
