Job summary

Reed in the United Kingdom is seeking a driven Recruitment Consultant to join a fast-paced Accountancy & Finance desk, beginning with hands-on coaching and gradually taking ownership of a successful desk.

You will be involved in the full 360 recruitment process, sourcing candidates via multiple channels, and building strong client relationships while receiving coaching from an experienced leader. The role offers uncapped bonuses and clear progression within a supportive team.

Job description

This is an excellent opportunity to work closely alongside an experienced manager, receiving hands-on support, coaching, and industry knowledge before gradually taking full ownership of the desk yourself. You'll inherit a successful, fast-paced desk with significant scope for growth and development.

Whilst previous 360 recruitment experience would be advantageous, it is not essential. We are open to considering candidates with a strong recruitment background or transferable experience who are eager to develop their career within a specialist market.

What You'll Be Doing

• Full 360 Recruitment Process: Engage in every aspect of recruitment business development and client acquisition to job briefings, candidate sourcing, interviews, offer negotiations and deal closures.
• Candidate Sourcing: Utilise job boards, referrals, and headhunting via platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter. Source candidates via advertising, job boards, social media and referrals.
• Key Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates, offering exceptional service and advice. Network and build relationships with clients to drive sales.
• Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to ensure branch success and maximise cross-selling opportunities

The successful candidate will be:
