Recruitment Consultant – Major Industrial Project

We are looking for a highly experienced and motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our team in delivering staffing solutions for the largest paper industry project in Europe, based in Shotton, North Wales.

This is a rare and exciting opportunity to work on a high-profile, fast-paced industrial development where your full-cycle recruitment expertise will make a real impact.

The Role:

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will support the entire recruitment process from client engagement through to candidate placement. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with hiring managers, sourcing top talent, and delivering high-volume recruitment solutions in a dynamic project environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for a wide range of roles across the project

• Develop strong client relationships and act as a trusted hiring partner

• Source, screen, and interview candidates using multiple channels

• Coordinate interview processes, offer management, and onboarding

• Maintain accurate records using recruitment systems or ATS platforms

• Work collaboratively with internal teams to meet project deadlines and goals

• Background in recruitment, ideally in industrial, technical, or engineering sectors

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

• Ability to work independently and meet tight project timelines

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

• Problem solver, inquisitive, strong work ethic

• Previous experience recruiting within manufacturing, paper, or process industries

• Knowledge of recruitment compliance and onboarding processes

• Experience in managing large-scale recruitment projects
