Are you a driven and ambitious recruitment professional with a passion for helping ex-military professionals transition into civilian careers?

Pathfinder Recruitment is looking for motivated Recruitment Consultants to sell and deliver our new recruitment services to employers across the UK, although we will also consider highly motivated Ex- Military individuals who would like to develop a career in recruitment

This is a unique opportunity to build your own recruitment desk, work flexibly, and earn significant commission by placing highly skilled ex-military candidates into roles across engineering, logistics, security, IT etc

Key Features of the Role:

  • Full 360 degree recruitment cycle
  • Business development
  • Candidate sourcing and placement
  • Managing your own pipeline of vacancies and placements
  • Using our CRM and job board tools to track candidates and client progress
  • Ensuring a high-quality candidate representation and excellent client service

Requirements

· Ideally Experienced Recruiters: Ideally, recruitment or sales experience in any sector (experience in engineering, security, logistics, or ex-military hiring is a bonus), we will also consider highly motivated Ex- Military individuals who would like to develop a career in recruitment

· Sales-Driven andEntrepreneurial: You’re confident in business development, cold calling, and closing deals with employers

· Strong Networker: You excel at relationship-building and can connect with both employers and job seekers

· Self-Motivated and Independent: You thrive in a commission-only role, managing your own desk without micromanagement

· Passion for Ex-Military Recruitment: A background in the Armed Forces or experience placing ex-military candidates is highly desirable
