On a daily basis you will:

• Engage and expand upon our robust client relationships, ensuring a steady flow of opportunities.
• Place highly skilled candidates into contract and permanent roles across fast paced and highly buoyant markets
• Build relationships with candidates across the sector,
• Drive new business development, leveraging existing relationships and identifying new prospects.
• Manage and grow your contract book, while maintaining a solid network of industry professionals.
• With guidance and support, map and plan out your prospect and target lists.

About you

• Do you have a passion / interest within one or all of Engineering, Defence, IT, Aviation or Business Support?
• Do you have a proven experience as a 360 recruiter, particularly in high-growth industry sectors. If not specifically one of our sectors, that’s fine we are prepared and able to cross train!
• You may be working in a Sales or Customer focused role, keen to break into recruitment? If so, again we can and will cross train!
• Do you exhibit a strong track record in new business development and relationship management.
• Are you motivated by a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
• Do you possess outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
