Workshop Recruitment is seeking a Commercial Recruitment Consultant for its Portsmouth desk. The role involves managing a busy commercial recruitment slate, nurturing existing client relationships, and generating new business opportunities across permanent, temporary and contract roles.

You will source and interview candidates, advertise vacancies, coordinate interviews and guide candidates through the process. A UK driving license and a proven 1+ year recruitment track record are required.

Are you a Commercial Recruitment Consultant with at least 1 year's recruitment experience and the confidence to develop both clients and candidates? An established independent recruitment business in Portsmouth is looking for an experienced Commercial Recruitment Consultant to join its friendly and supportive team. You will manage a busy commercial recruitment desk, developing existing relationships while identifying new business opportunities and sourcing quality candidates across permanent, temporary and contract vacancies. Flexible working hours are available between 27.5 and 38.5 hours per week, making this an excellent opportunity for an experienced recruiter looking for either full-time or reduced hours.

Job Responsibilities

• Support and develop a commercial recruitment desk.

• Work effectively to individual KPIs and revenue targets.
• Manage multiple vacancies and priorities in a busy environment.
• Be organised, self-motivated and commercially focused.
• Hold a full UK driving licence.
