Workshop Recruitment in Portsmouth is seeking a Commercial Recruitment Consultant with at least 1 year of recruitment experience to join its busy, supportive team. You will manage a commercial desk, nurture client relationships and source candidates across permanent, temporary and contract roles.

Are you a Commercial Recruitment Consultant with at least 1 year's recruitment experience and the confidence to develop both clients and candidates? An established independent recruitment business in Portsmouth is looking for an experienced Commercial Recruitment Consultant to join its friendly and supportive team.

You will manage a busy commercial recruitment desk, developing existing relationships while identifying new business opportunities and sourcing quality candidates across permanent, temporary and contract vacancies. Flexible working hours are available between 27.5 and 38.5 hours per week, making this an excellent opportunity for an experienced recruiter looking for either full-time or reduced hours.
