Cole Connections Ltd. is recruiting a Permanent Recruitment Consultant for its Egham office. You will own a full 360 recruitment desk, nurture existing client relationships, and win new business across Commercial and Business Support roles.

With a loyal client base and growth plans, you’ll have the autonomy to build your desk while receiving support from a friendly team and management that values people over revenue. On-site with one remote day per week, this is a real career opportunity.

Egham, Surrey | £35,000–£40,000 Basic + Excellent Commission

4 days a week on-site | 1 day remote working

This is a full 360 recruitment role, developing your own client relationships, generating new business and growing a permanent recruitment desk across Commercial and Business Support functions, including HR, Finance, Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, Procurement, Administration, Customer Service and Office Management.
