Cole Connections Ltd in Egham, Surrey, is seeking a Permanent Recruitment Consultant to lead a 360 recruitment desk across Commercial and Business Support functions, including HR, Finance, Marketing, Sales, and more. You will develop your own client relationships, win new business, and grow a permanent recruitment desk on a well-established platform.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Managing the full 360 recruitment process.
• Proactively identifying and winning new clients.
• Introducing Commercial recruitment services to existing clients.
