Workshop Recruitment in Portsmouth is seeking a Commercial Recruitment Consultant with at least 1 year of recruitment experience to join its busy, supportive team. You will manage a commercial desk, nurture client relationships and source candidates across permanent, temporary and contract roles.

Flexible hours between 27.5 and 38.5 per week are available. You will benefit from a competitive commission structure, 24 days of holiday, a birthday off, early Friday finishes, free local parking,

Competenze

• At least 1 year of recruitment consultancy experience.
• Strong business development and relationship-building skills.
• Confident sourcing and engaging candidates proactively.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Able to work towards individual KPIs and revenue targets.
• Manage multiple vacancies and priorities in a busy environment.
• Organised, self-motivated and commercially focused.
• Hold a full UK driving licence.

Mansioni

• Support and develop a commercial recruitment desk.
• Build relationships with existing clients and identify new business opportunities.
• Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, databases and headhunting.
• Write and advertise vacancies across recruitment channels.
• Interview candidates and manage them throughout the recruitment process.
• Arrange interviews and provide candidate preparation and feedback.
• Negotiate offers, rates and fees within agreed parameters.
• Manage client and candidate relationships after successful placements.
