Qualifications

• 1 year of experience within the recruitment sector or similar fast-paced sales environment.
• 1 year of experience within the traffic management industry (Nice to have).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and an ATS (applicant tracking system) / CRM.

Responsibilities

• Business Development, Account Management, Candidate Resourcing & Attraction, Screening & Selection and System Administration.
• To thrive in this position you will manage the full 360-degree recruitment cycle with a focus on operational logistics and compliance.
