Job summary

Tenth Revolution Group, Newcastle upon Tyne, is seeking an Entry Level/Trainee Recruitment Consultant to own the full recruitment lifecycle and grow a portfolio of enterprise clients and candidates. You will learn IT recruitment through award-winning training and a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Starting with a base salary of £27,600, you’ll benefit from uncapped commissions with rising yearly earnings and a clear progression pathway tied to performance and results.

Qualifications

• Experience in a target-driven environment or similar sales/BD roles.
• Willingness to learn IT recruitment and build client networks.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

£27,600 Base Salary + Unlimited Commission (OTE £32-£45K+ year 1, OTE £45-£60K+ year 2 increasing y-o-y)

What You'll Be Doing

As a specialist tech Recruitment Consultant, you'll manage the full recruitment lifecycle while developing your own exciting portfolio of enterprise clients and candidates...

• Winning new business and developing revenue generating client relationships
• Building and managing your own client portfolio for perm roles/temp projects
• Identifying and engaging wi8th specialist technology professionals proactively
• Candidate screening, managing interviews, negotiating job offers, onboarding
• Becoming a trusted advisor to both clients and candidates full cycle end to end

This is a highly commercial business development/sales based role where your effort, resilience, and performance directly impact your earnings and career progression.
