Prospero Teaching is seeking a motivated Trainee Education Recruitment Consultant to join our supportive team. You will receive structured training to manage recruitment for teachers and support staff, build relationships, source candidates, and support schools with staffing needs.

• Assist senior consultants in building and maintaining relationships with schools and educational institutions.
• Learn how to understand client staffing requirements and provide suitable candidate recommendations.
• Support the coordination of interviews and placements.
• Learn business development techniques including lead generation and client outreach.
• Support senior team members in identifying new business opportunities.
• Work towards achieving individual and team performance targets.
• Assist in ensuring candidates meet safeguarding and compliance requirements.
• Maintain accurate candidate and client records within internal systems.
• Support general recruitment administration duties.
• Participate in structured training programmes covering recruitment, sales, compliance, and education sector knowledge.
• Work closely with experienced consultants and management to develop recruitment expertise.

Role Overview

As a Trainee Education Recruitment Consultant, you will receive structured training and ongoing support to develop the skills needed to manage the recruitment process for teachers and support staff.
