CD partners with ambitious software companies across Europe, the US and APAC, helping them hire exceptional Go-to-Market talent across software sales, growth marketing, sales engineering, customer success and professional services.

We've spent nearly three decades building relationships across the technology sector, making more than 19,000 placements and supporting over 1,500 successful exits. Our track record includes work with businesses such as AppDynamics, Snowflake, Databricks, MongoDB, Zscaler, Navan, Rubrik, Sprinklr and Datadog. Now, we're working with the next wave of high-growth AI and SaaS companies, from Series A onwards.

Following a strong FY 2025/26, we're gearing up for another ambitious year and are looking to grow our Manchester team.
