Recruitment Consultant - Healthcare

Salary: £24,500 - £30,000

OTE Year 1: £40k - £50k

  • You will need a strong work ethic; this role isn’t 9-5. You’ll speak to clients before work and candidates after work, and may need to balance weekend time to connect with the right candidate.
  • You will strive to be the best in the industry and help shift perceptions about recruitment through high performance.
  • You will be competitive and motivated to achieve personal bests, push for top results, and go the extra mile to secure interviews and outcomes.
