Job summary

Tru Talent, an independent recruitment agency based in Westbourne, Bournemouth, is seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join our Automotive division. You will run the full 360 recruitment cycle, build lasting relationships with clients and candidates, and contribute to a supportive team culture.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment, sales, account management or similar roles.

• Recruitment experience is preferred with full training provided.

Salary: Up to £35,000 Depending on Experience

Location: Westbourne, Bournemouth

Hours: Monday-Thursday 8am-5pm | Friday 8am-2pm

We're looking for a Recruitment Consultant / Recruitment Specialist / Recruiter to join our experienced team and work alongside our Automotive division.

What you'll be doing:

• Managing the full 360 recruitment process.
