Job summary

Tru Talent is seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join our Westbourne team. You will manage the full 360 recruitment process, build strong relationships with clients and candidates, and source top talent through job boards, social media and networking.

Recruitment Consultant

Salary: Up to £35,000 Depending on Experience

Location: Westbourne, Bournemouth

Hours: Monday-Thursday 8am-5pm | Friday 8am-2pm

We're looking for a Recruitment Consultant / Recruitment Specialist / Recruiter to join our experienced team and work alongside our Automotive division.

What you'll be doing:

• Managing the full 360 recruitment process.
• Building and nurturing candidate and client relationships.
• Sourcing candidates through job boards, social media and networking.
• Conducting candidate interviews and screening.
• Creating engaging job adverts.
• Account managing existing clients and developing new business.
• Managing your own desk and workload.

What we're looking for:

• Previous recruitment, sales, account management or similar experience.
• Someone confident, driven and resilient.
• A natural relationship builder who enjoys working with people.
• Someone who takes ownership and enjoys working autonomously.
• A team player with a positive attitude and a good sense of humour!
• Recruitment experience is preferred, but personality, attitude and ambition matter just as much. Full training and support will be provided.
