Tru Talent is a Bournemouth-based independent recruitment agency, seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join our automotive-focused division. You’ll handle the full 360 recruitment process, build strong candidate and client relationships, and creatively source top talent from job boards and networks.

We offer a flexible, supportive environment with training, overseas incentives, wellbeing activities and a birthday off. Salary is up to £35,000 plus uncapped bonuses, depending on experience.

Salary: Up to £35,000 Depending on Experience
Location: Westbourne, Bournemouth
Hours: Monday Thursday 8am 5pm Friday 8am 2pm

We re looking for a Recruitment Consultant / Recruitment Specialist / Recruiter to join our experienced team and work alongside our Automotive division.
