• Full 360 Recruitment – business development, client acquisition, candidate sourcing, interviews and closing deals.
• Sales & BD – drive new business, pitch Reed's services and grow client base.
• Candidate engagement – source top talent via job boards, referrals, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Relationship management – deliver exceptional service to clients and candidates alike.
• Target hitter – consistently meet and exceed KPIs and revenue goals.
