About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Recruitment Consultant to join our team and help our clients build outstanding teams. If you're passionate about recruitment, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and want to make a difference, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

  • Client Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. Understand their recruitment needs and provide tailored staffing solutions.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Identify and engage with top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking. Build a pipeline of qualified candidates.
  • Screening & Interviewing: Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to match candidates with the best job opportunities. Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Job Matching & Placement: Match candidates with job openings, negotiate offers, and ensure both clients and candidates are satisfied with the placement.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including reaching out to potential clients, attending industry events, and managing a portfolio of client accounts.
  • Market Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, salary benchmarks, and recruitment best practices. Provide clients with market insights and advice to help them make informed hiring decisions.
  • Target Achievement: Work towards individual and team KPIs and sales targets, contributing to the overall success of the team and company.

Qualifications

Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or sales (preferably in a recruitment agency setting).

Required Skills

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with both clients and candidates.
  • Results-driven, self-motivated, and able to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively.
  • Proficient in using recruitment tools and software, such as applicant tracking systems (ATS), LinkedIn, etc.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills

Knowledge of the relevant industry (Legal) is a plus but not required.
