The Opportunity

We are seeking a driven and dynamic Recruitment Consultant to join our Facilities Engineering Desk. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is passionate about client service, and is eager to carve out a long-term career within a high-performing recruitment team.

You'll be working with both established and prospective clients, offering full 360° recruitment services with strong support from our dedicated London-based Resourcing Team.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Development & Management: Build, maintain, and grow client relationships across the Facilities Engineering sector.
• Business Development: Drive new client acquisition and revenue growth through proactive outreach and strategic networking.
• Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job briefings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, client submissions, and offer management.
• Candidate Engagement: Source, qualify, and nurture high-calibre candidates using multiple channels—internal CRM, job boards, and social platforms.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the resourcing team to ensure timely and accurate candidate delivery.
• Market Insight: Stay ahead of industry trends and talent challenges, providing consultative insights to clients.

• Proven experience in recruitment—preferably within Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related technical sector
• Strong interpersonal and client-facing skills, with a confident and engaging presence
• Target-driven and self-motivated, with a proactive and adaptable approach
• Able to thrive in a structured, process-oriented, and high-performance culture
• Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
• Collaborative mindset with a commitment to team success
• Ability to learn from experience and continuously improve performance
