Overview

An exciting opportunity has arisen within M4 Specialist for an experienced Recruitment Consultant / Senior Recruitment Consultant at our Erith branch to aid our expansion and growth plan. We are looking for a confident and motivated Consultant / Senior Consultant looking for the next step in their career. You will be responsible for the growth and development of your desk by generating new business opportunities within the Driving and Industrial sector for our newly opened hub in Erith.

Responsibilities

• Grow and develop your desk by generating new business opportunities within the Driving and Industrial sector for the Erith hub.
• Generate new business leads and support existing National Contracts to drive desk growth.
• Demonstrate confidence in cold calling and be able to sell our services by telephone and face to face.
• Be organized and able to multi-task to manage multiple priorities.
• Utilise PC software (Word and Excel) effectively.
• Manage responsibilities in a way that supports meeting KPIs and targets.
• Hold a Full Driving Licence and have access to your own vehicle.
• Work Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 17:30 with flexibility dependent on business needs.

Qualifications

• Proven experience of working within the driving & industrial recruitment sector – ideally temporary recruitment.
• Experience of working with KPIs and hitting targets.
• Target driven and motivated by your own success.
• Excellent communication skills.
