KHR Recruitment Specialists is seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Linton, near Maidstone. You will manage the full recruitment process, build and maintain strong client relationships, and identify new business opportunities across both temporary and permanent roles.

The role offers a balance of office-based work at our Linton site and regular client visits, enabling you to develop your own portfolio and contribute to ongoing growth across Kent.

KHR Recruitment Specialists has been established for over 28 years, building long-standing client relationships and delivering high-quality temporary and permanent recruitment solutions across Kent.

We are now looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our team and play an important role in the continued growth of the business.

This is a varied and autonomous position, giving you the opportunity to work across both temporary and permanent recruitment, recruiting for a diverse range of industries and roles at all levels.

The role offers a great balance between working from our Linton office and regularly visiting clients at their offices and sites, giving you the opportunity to build strong relationships and develop your own client portfolio.

The Role

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment process, developing existing client relationships and identifying new business opportunities.

You’ll have the autonomy to manage your own workload and vacancies while working closely with both clients and candidates to deliver an exceptional recruitment service.
