The Best Connection in Leicester is seeking an entry level Recruitment Consultant to manage the full 360 cycle—from business development to candidate placement. You will build strong relationships with clients and candidates, source, interview and match roles, and work towards targets with full support and training.

About the Role

Entry Level Recruitment Consultant (No Experience Needed) – manage the full 360 recruitment cycle, from business development to candidate placement. Build strong, long‑term relationships with both clients and candidates. Identify and win new business through sales calls and face‑to‑face client visits. Source, interview and match candidates to suitable roles. Work towards achievable sales and performance targets with full support and training.

Salary & Package

• Basic Salary: £27,000, increasing to £28,000 after 12 months
• First‑Year Earning Potential: £29,000 – £30,000 including commission
• For recruiters with 12 months+ experience: £28,000‑£29,500 basic salary (dependent on experience), OTE £31,000 – £34,000 including commission

Hours of Work

Monday to Friday, 8:00AM – 5:00PM (1 hour lunch break). Office‑based role.
