The Best Connection in Basingstoke is seeking an Entry Level Recruitment Consultant to start a career in recruitment. You will manage the full 360 recruitment cycle, from business development to candidate placement, and build strong relationships with clients and candidates.

Job description

Location: Basingstoke

Salary & Package

Entry Level Recruitment Consultant (No Experience Needed)
Basic Salary: £27,000, increasing to £28,000 after 12 months
First-Year Earning Potential: £29,000 – £30,000 including commission
Recruitment Consultant - 12 months+ experience:
Basic Salary: £28,000-£29,500, OTE: £31,000 – £34,000 including commission

About the Role

Hours of Work

Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1 hour lunch break)
Office‑based role.

A full current driving licence isn't essential but is strongly preferred for client visits.
