Thornhvac is an Engineering recruitment agency and we're looking for experienced Recruitment Consultants for our Leeds Office. We are well established and focus on Sales, Technical and Service roles for the Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning sector where the big current themes are energy saving and renewables.

The main benefits of working for us are:

Good rewards: We pay a basic of £35,000 for an experienced recruiter with a generous commission scheme that will give you an OTE of around £60,000 for the average recruiter billings of £150k or 40% of your personal billings. There is also Private Healthcare, a contributory pension scheme, 25 days + bank holidays and your birthday off.
3. Warm desk: We have a warm desk with many market-leading clients, so there will be some account management from day one to enable you to establish yourself in the sector.
4. Home working: If you need to work from home up to 2 days a week – no problem, our phone and PC systems work just as well at home.
5. Team working: Recruiters work together to share jobs and candidates. They often work in different sections of the same company as we cover sales, technical and service jobs.
6. Career Path Opportunities: While your priority will be to establish your 360 desk we want to grow and if you have the ambition and ability to lead others or specialise in Business Development we have those opportunities.
7. Good location: We have free parking and are based in East Leeds in a modern business centre just next to Thorpe Park and 2 minutes from junction 46 on the M1.
