TH Daniels, a market leading Executive Search firm, is seeking ambitious graduates in Leeds for a Graduate Recruitment Consultant role. You will own your own business within the firm, headhunt talent globally, and manage client and candidate relationships end-to-end.

The role is sales-driven with KPI targets and a 12-week training program. Benefits include a competitive base salary of £29K with uncapped commission and opportunities for rapid progression and leadership.

We are currently looking for people to join the next phase of our growth in Leeds

Crucially, the Graduate Recruitment Consultant role is a sales & business development position, where you will have full responsibility for your own industry!

• Competitive base salary of £29K and uncapped commission scheme which is among the best in the industry. Average 1st year OTE £45-50k.

Your role as a Graduate Recruitment Consultant:

• Essentially you will be managing your own business within our business, specialising in one of our many industries on a global basis.
• Headhunting top industry talent into high-level job openings internationally. Working with the most established companies and candidates within your market!
• Managing and building client and candidate relationships as soon as you start the role and responsible for the entire end-to-end recruitment process. You will have a high level of support and autonomy!
• This position is a sales and business development role; you will be working towards targets, have KPI’s and will be responsible for developing your own clients, from scratch.
