The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to identify, assess, and engage high-caliber technical professionals across complex industries such as Oil & Gas, Nuclear Energy, Data Center construction and operation, and the Renewable Energy sector (offshore wind, solar, hydrogen, and battery storage).

Responsibilities

• Maintain and develop a pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions
• Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and CV reviews
