Responsibilities:

1. Managing a full desk dealing with roles from Receptionists to Secretaries and Customer Service professionals.
2. Supporting your candidates throughout their job search with a consultative approach.
3. Maintaining and developing relationships with existing clients while seeking new opportunities.
4. Resourcing and interviewing top talent, attending networking and client meetings, and developing your client base through calling, marketing, and social media activities.
5. Matching candidates to vacancies and guiding clients and candidates through the interview process.
