Job summary

Wilson Recruitment is seeking a driven Driving Recruitment Consultant to take ownership of an industrial temps desk, with a strong focus on business development and revenue growth.

This role involves proactive sales, winning new clients, negotiating terms to maximise margin, and building a robust candidate pipeline. You will participate in an on-call rota (weekends) with hours 08:00–17:00, Mon–Fri, in Northampton.

• Hungry, target-driven, and motivated by commission.
• Confident closer with strong negotiation skills.

The Role - 360 Recruitment Consultant

About You

• Proven recruitment experience, ideally running a temps desk

• Industrial recruitment experience is an advantage, but not essential
• Full UK driving licence and own vehicle (essential)
