Job summary

Randstad based in Bristol is seeking a Senior Recruitment Consultant for the Construction Sector to join our Bristol-based team on a warm White Collar Freelance Desk, working with some of the biggest names in the sector.

You will develop client relationships through business development and calls, manage existing accounts and grow them by identifying further sales opportunities, and meet clients face-to-face weekly.

• Maintain strong client relationships within the business
• Identify additional sales opportunities to grow client accounts
• Assist clients with their recruitment needs and guidance
• Meet clients face-to-face weekly
• Source candidates matched to client specifications
• Write and tailor job advertisements for clients
• Search candidates via database, applications, job boards and online tools
• Build and maintain a network of candidates to present to the market

Our construction team is recruiting for a Senior Recruitment Consultant for their Bristol based business. This is a fantastic opportunity where you will inherit a warm White Collar Freelance Desk, working with some of the biggest names in the sector!

On the client side you can expect to:

• Generate old/new client relationships through business development and sales calls
• Manage current relationships within the business
• Grow existing client accounts by identifying further sales opportunities
• Interact with clients to assist them with their recruitment needs
• Meet with client face 2 face on a weekly basis

On the candidate side you can expect to:

• Source candidates matched against pre-qualified specifications for your clients
• Write and tailor advertisements specific to your clients needs
• Conduct searches via: our database, incoming applications, job boards and various online tools
• Build your own network of talented candidates to present to market
