Job Summary:
Albida Consulting are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing their own desk and a portfolio of clients across multiple sectors. You will work closely with both clients and candidates to ensure the right person is matched to the right role in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:
• Building up your own client base by proactively calling potential new clients.
• Manage your existing clients’ needs by maintaining regular contact with them.
• Keeping track of all communication with clients and candidates on our CRM system.
• Preparing for and conducting interviews for various positions.
• Organizing assessments for different roles.
• Keeping track of open vacancies for each position you are working on.
• Providing feedback after each stage of the recruitment process.
• Making offers to suitable candidates.
• Following up with clients after placements have been made.

Qualifications:
• Experience within an agency environment preferably in a technical area such as IT or Engineering.
• Strong understanding of the full 360-degree recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing and placing candidates.
• Ability to quickly establish credibility with clients and candidates alike.
• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
• A high level of professionalism and integrity.
• Team player who works well under pressure and tight deadlines.
• Self-motivated, disciplined and organized.
• Confident use of Microsoft Office suite.
