Job summary

Blayze Group in London is seeking a Recruitment Consultant to drive growth within the US construction market. Based in central London, you will recruit across Texas and the Southern States, specialising in one of the construction sectors.

You will develop relationships, win new business and impact from day one, with opportunities for US travel, secondments and relocation. The role offers ownership of your desk within an international business.

Qualifications

• At least two years' recruitment experience, ideally in construction or real estate.
• Experience of the US market is advantageous.
• Strong relationship-building skills and the confidence to develop new business.
• A professional, driven and proactive approach, with pride in delivering quality results for clients and candidates.
• Confidence using recruitment technology and an understanding of how AI can support research, candidate sourcing and productivity.
• Ambition to take ownership of your desk and develop your career.

With an established client base and strong foundations in the market, you will have the opportunity to build relationships, win new business and make an impact from day one.
