Job summary

Benchmark Staffing Solutions in London Bridge is seeking an Associate Consultant to join the growing recruitment business, focusing on the US market.

The role will be candidate-focused, sourcing profiles for jobs brought on by the business owner. It offers a base salary with commission on top of base earnings and requires aligning with US working hours.

Hours start at 10 or 12 and finish at 7 or 8 PM, with reduced hours on Fridays; travel to London Bridge 4 days a week is required.

Job description

An opportunity has arisen for an Associate Consultant to join an established but growing Recruitment Business, based in London Bridge, working the US recruitment market.

The role will initially be candidate focused, sourcing suitable profiles for jobs brought on by the business owner.

This is working exclusively in the US market, with extremely high salaries and fees.

The Associate Consultant will receive a percentage of each deal as commission on top of their base salary, which will be £27,000

This role will be reporting directly into the business owner, a market expert and top biller in the industry, with all training and coaching provided to be successful. There is a high job flow and an opportunity to make considerable commission on top of the salary.

Working hours will vary but start times will be 10 or 12 till 7 or 8PM, to fit with US working hours, with reduced hours on a Friday.

No experience is necessary but the successful candidate will have the following..

• Exceptional communication skills
• A coachable, positive attitude and a willingness to learn
• Drive and motivation, with money motivation of particular importance
• Professionalism and an ability to engage with educated, senior candidates

Please note - this is for an ASAP start and candidates must be able to travel to London Bridge 4 days a week.
